Take an enchanting and revealing journey into the territory of your inner wild. With our pens as walking sticks and nature as the path, we’ll explore the connection between the natural world and the inner terrain of psyche and soul. Leaving behind our busy lives, we’ll enter the realm of wildness that lives within and without. We’ll read poetry, journal, and walk in the woods. For as John Muir said, “…going out, I found, was really going in.”
Mary Reynolds Thompson is a certified life coach, poetry and journal facilitator, and author of Embrace Your Inner Wild: 52 Reflections for an Eco-Centric World. She conducts writing and eco-spirituality workshops throughout the U.S, and serves on the core faculty of the Therapeutic Writing Institute and the council for the National Association of Journal Writing.
