Camp Well Being: Yoga & ayurveda

This retreat will combine education, nutrition, detoxification and healing practices. Each of the 4 days of activities are aligned with the 4 elements of water, earth, fire, and air to help us get back in touch with the universe. Our goal is to reset our bodies and minds to live in a manner that is more aware and in tune with the energies that surround us.

Day 4: Air & Ether

To be established in oneself implies both a healthy sense of esteem and life purpose, as well a vibrant, spiritual connection with the universe. This translation illuminates the Ayurvedic perspective of health as a state of harmony among all aspects of the self: physical, spiritual, and mental.

Stella is a testament to the alignment that yoga brings to life. Her yoga classes are personal transformational sessions in a group setting. With generations of Reiki love, healing touch, aromatherapy and intentioned speech, a sense of humor for the creative approach to yogic life is evident. A senior teacher trainer for Cloud Nine Yoga, (www.couldnineyoga.com) she facilitates certifications through Yoga Alliance. She hosts next level health retreats and shares integration of an open-hearted community. Stella’s pre-natal and fun yoga classes are held at Trilogy in Long Beach, CA. Her Guru’s are her three children that have inspired her to become a doula and assist families through the transformation of birth.

Crystal began her career in the healing arts after receiving her first Reiki attunement in 1997.
