Kundalini Yoga & Mindfulness:

Journey to the serenity of the forest to relax and recharge. We will guide you through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and sound healing (singing bowls & gongs) to release tension and feel revitalized. Special Mindfulness practices from Thich Nhat Hanh will be introduced, and together, we will explore the forest with meditative nature walks. There will be plenty of unscheduled time to rest, play, and socialize. Enjoy vegetarian comfort food, arts & crafts, and community campfires with a friendly group of yogis.

Children: Parents are welcome to bring children and will be responsible for their care and supervision.


About The Presenter:

Elizabeth Hartman blends her training as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor with her 20+ years as a psychotherapist to share inspiring practices for leading a more fulfilling life. She lived amongst the monastics at Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village in France and gained a deep appreciation for the Mindfulness practices of that community. Elizabeth is based in Morro Bay, California where she maintains a private psychology practice and teaches meditation at Cuesta College.
