Disconnect to Reconnect: A Family Expressive Arts Workshop

Fill up your soul cup – replenish your spirit and that of your family. This is a unique workshop that provides an opportunity for each family member to rest, renew and acknowledge their unique value through yoga and creativity. The acknowledgment and celebration of love and appreciation for each part of ourselves and our families will provide a renewal of strength and solidarity, revitalizing the individual spirit and collective spirit of our families. Come with a beginner’s mind and playful spirit – no art or yoga experience necessary. Hiking, writing, clay play, painting, sand tray and yoga are all part of this fun, interactive and soulful experience.

About The Presentor:

Lori Landry Kelmar is an expressive arts therapist, yoga teacher, mother of two and a contemporary abstract artist whose work evolves from an unfolding of the personal and the spiritual, and a journey of sinking beneath the surface of the evident. Lori received a Master of Arts in Depth Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and an Expressive Arts Certification from Sky Mountain Institute in San Diego. She has worked with many children and adults and finds incredible joy in providing a safe container where others can explore their inner landscape through various creative processes.
