Disconnect to Reconnect

This workshop will facilitate an experiential creative process that helps quiet our anxieties, disconnect from our busy lives in a reflective process that allows us to restore and reconnect with our lightness and Spirit. We will open up our imaginative and creative wisdom, inviting surrender, deepening and internal exploration. A supportive circle to facilitate and share our processes of these experiential exercises will also be available (not mandatory). Healing, expansion, clarity, freedom, playfulness, trust, new awareness and perspectives come from these creative processes, and no art experience is necessary. Through restorative yoga, image creation, writing, reflection, meditative and guided imagery processes, you will leave feeling renewed and reconnected to your Spirit and authentic direction.
