This cabin is ideal for one couple without children. It has a king-size bed and a fireplace. Its deck is perfect for an afternoon tea, under the shade of the adjoining tree, or for lounging on the sunny side. Jeffrey is the closest cabin to the kitchen, and overlooks Cedar.

The layout of this cabin is a creative one. Access to the bedroom area, from the dining/living area is via the kitchen, bathroom, or deck. The deck is the largest among all our cabins, and can almost serve as an extension to your bedroom on warm nights.

Sequoia Cabin

Well laid out and spacious, the Sequoia cabin is ideal for a couple with one child. The full East exposure of the deck, and the open area on the downhill side of the cabin make it a pleasant solarium wifh a view of the evergreens for lazy afternoons.

Sugar Pine Cabin

This cabin offers the largest surface area (not including Lodgepole). A separate room with two children's beds—along with the main queen-sized bed—make Sugar Pine a good cabin for a family with up to 3 children. Large windows let in an abundant morning sunlight.

Oak Cabin

Tucked away downhill from Sugar Pine, Oak has the smallest square footage.
Farthest from the "active" areas (the kitchen, hall & campfire), it is best for those of our guests who enjoy quiet contemplation, while enjoying a view of the high Sierra. A short walk away is the amphitheater, if you want to meditate in one of our most sacred spots.

More than just a cabin, this is a house. The original residence of the Hull family, while Far Horizons was being built, it is fully winterized and boasts a two-story layout.
Ideal for a large group (up to 6 people) or two families who enjoy sharing accommodations, Lodgepole is reserved for groups of four or more people.
