Program activities will include daily morning meditation, daily morning yoga, flow arts including AcroYoga and slackline workshops, fitness conditioning, group hiking, art, music, and more! Special events will include an evening crystal bowl sound bath meditation under the stars and Thai massage workshop. This experience will incorporate karma yoga, which is service to yourself, surroundings, and others. All participation is voluntary. i.e., you can choose how much and what you want to engage in. Your retreat will create the space for you to connect with yourself and nature.

Kellee Dorhman has extensive training including in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Ayurvedic wellness, Ayurvedic bodywork, and in Acroevolution. She shares her wealth of yogic training and 10-year practice with her students, creating classes that are strong, thoughtful, playful, and focused on leaving students energized and inspired.

Jameson Henkle is a yogi with a fierce passion for movement and breath. He infuses his teaching with heart, dynamism, and joy. He is certified by the Yoga Alliance and YogaSlackers (acroyoga and slackline). Students gain strength, flexibility, and balance in his classes, moving gracefully through fun and challenging transitions and poses.
