Many times women who walk a spiritual path nurture and support others but allow their own needs to fall by the wayside. As women, we offer compassion to others, but are hard on ourselves; we provide love to others, but feel guilty about accepting love into our own lives; we listen to the voice of inner knowing for others, but may ignore it for ourselves. This retreat will focus on providing self-care using the archetypal qualities of the Divine Feminine as a foundation. Discussion, visualization, journaling, and meditation will be used as tools to help overcome the challenges to loving ourselves so we may connect with our own divine feminine.
